Kitchen terrace
The canopy at the kitchen entrance, designed using centuries-old beams of the savin juniper tree (juniperus sabina), is often used by guests as a terrace (approx. 93 sq.ft.) who want to sit outside during the day, but prefer a shady spot.
Main terrace
Natural stone slabs were laid on the south-facing main terrace with its approx. 480 sq.ft.. It is ideal for extensive sunbathing as well as for having meals together in the open air. The area under the balcony, which was also constructed with savin juniper beams, is ideal for an evening get-together with the comfortable chill out furniture.
BBQ
Outside there is also a brick barbecue with its own terrace (approx. 161 sq.ft.), which is oriented to the west. However, we expressly point out that on Ibiza as well as on the other islands of the Balearic Islands there are legal restrictions on lighting fires in or near forest areas between May 1st and October 15th and are monitored by the forest authority. Talk to us if you are planning a barbecue.
Pool
The pool below the house (approx. 323 sq.ft.) was built where there used to be a basin for irrigating the orchards and fields a long time ago. Both on the edge and in the immediate vicinity, comfortable sun loungers and parasols are available to our guests.
Orchard
Right next to the house and below the main terrace you will find several native plants and ornamental plants (for example oleander or lavender) as well as several fruit trees. In addition to fig trees, there are also avocado trees, dates, medlar trees, strawberry trees and a pomegranate tree. Depending on the season, you may even be able to eat the fruits as a snack.
